PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device thin without deteriorating the characteristic or the service life of a dynamic pressure bearing device using relatively thick display label 17. SOLUTION: At least a pasting portion of a display label (nameplate) 17 where desired information is visibly written is arranged in a region at the radially outward side than a cover plate 16 for blocking an opening of a dynamic pressure bearing sleeve 13 and the place not overlapping the cover plate 16 in the axial direction. Therefore, the cover plate 16 is not deformed while pasting the display label 17, and the device can be made thin by approximately agreeing an axial position of the cover plate 16 with the arranging position of the display label 17.
