摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve maximum contrast when fluorescence is detected in a method for measuring the tissue characteristics of induced fluorescence. SOLUTION: An apparatus for picking up the image of the fluorescence and measuring the tissue characteristics in the presence of interfering absorbent substances is provided with an irradiation source for generating light of a narrow wavelength board; a detector which detects fluorescence from a sample irradiated by the irradiation source at least two predetermined spectral intervals and in which the at least two spectral intervals are centered in the wavelength of a pair of wavelength values having a substantially equal absorbance value in the absorbent substance; an arithmetic/logic means for performing operation including at least one division operation on the two fluorescence intensity values for acquiring numerical value characteristics to the tissue characteristics of the sample.
