PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat exchange efficiency by constituting refrigerant passages so that a refrigerant is smoothly distributed. SOLUTION: An ice-making plate 12 comprises a body part 30 with a plurality of refrigerant passages 14 disposed in parallel, and a pair of header parts 32 and 34 to close both ends with the refrigerant passages 14 opened therein in the body part 30. Partitions 32a and 34a are provided on the header parts 32 and 34 at predetermined intervals in the parallel direction of the refrigerant passages 14, and the refrigerant passages 14 and 14 which are located in the vertical direction across the partitions 32a and 34a are partitioned so as not to be communicated with each other. The interval of the partitions 32a and 34a provided on the header parts 32 and 34 is set so that the number of the refrigerant passages 14 to pass at the header parts 32 and 34 is increased toward the outlet side from the inlet side of the refrigerant.
