PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simply and easily attaching/detaching of an exhaust grill without using a tool while ensuring safety, to improve workability in attaching/ detaching of the exhaust grill, to improve cleaning performance, and to improve cleanliness of apparatus. SOLUTION: A fixing claw portion 19 formed with a Z-bending, a fixing hook portion 21 having a recessed notch, and a magnet joining plate 23 are arranged on the exhaust grill 8, and a slit hole 25, a hooking flange 27, and a magnet fixing plate 28 are equipped on the opposite main body side. By sticking and fixing to the magnet joining plate and the magnet fixing plate, workability in attaching/detaching of the exhaust grill is simply improved without using a tool, and by facilitating cleaning, clean and neat cooking apparatus can be ensured.
