PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel having sufficient bending strength and face rigidity and excellent sound-insulation performance to a heavy impulsive sound, particularly a panel for a construction being suitable for a use as the floor panel and being simply installed to a beam material firmly. SOLUTION: A box-shaped panel body 5 is formed by joining a pair of metallic plate materials 2 and 3 for forming the panel, and the inside of the panel body 5 is filled with inorganic fillers 6. A plurality of indented sections 7 and 8 are formed to the external surfaces of each metallic plate material 2 and 3 for forming the panel at required intervals in the longitudinal direction of the plate materials, and the bottom sections 7a and 8a of the indented sections 7 and 8 mutually opposed in the case of the joining of both plate materials 2 and 3 are butt-joined.
