PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ventilation noise of an air duct for arranging a plurality of air blowoff ports in a duct side wall by extending in a straight line shape. SOLUTION: An air conditioning air duct 1 extends in a straight line shape along the roof side of a cabin. This vehicular air conditioning air duct structure is formed by arranging a plurality of air blowoff ports 2A and 2B at a prescribed interval in the lengthwise direction of the duct on the duct side wall 10 facing to the cabin. The air conditioning air duct 1 forms an air main passage X for ventilating an air flow of air conditioning air to the duct downstream side and an air separating passage Y for separating air to the intermediate air blowoff port 2A side by partitioning the inside of the duct in parallel to the air flow of the air conditioning air in a position corresponding to an intermediate air blowoff port 2A arranged in a lengthwise directional intermediate position of the duct. A downstream side tail end part 30 is provided with a partition wall 3 for closing the air separating passage Y in a position on the duct downstream side of the intermediate air blowoff port 2A.
