PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing unit attached to an automobile solving the problem that cost is increased since a water-soluble ordinary-temperature dried coating is applied to an outer surface in a guiding part of a hub wheel to prevent adhesion of the guiding part and a tire wheel. SOLUTION: An anti-adhesion member 25 is used in a manner that its end part covers the guiding part 14 up to a position corresponding to a locking part 26, then the entire anti-adhesion member 25 is heat shrinked to adhere the end part to a locking surface 28 of the locking part 26. This prevents the anti-adhesion member 25 from being removed from the guiding part 14 when removing a tire wheel 18 from the guiding part 14. Compared to a conventional case where the guiding part 14 needed to be coated up to a position of a lightening recess 14A, covering work of a part which essentially is not necessary to be covered is eliminated, a required work time is considerably reduced compared to performing coating work, and thereby cost can be reduced.
