PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-wall sheet using a plastic as a material, having a structure wherein liners (1A and 1B) comprising two flat sheets are connected by a large number of ribs (2) running in parallel to each other, having a slight cushioning capacity with respect to compression in a surface direction and also withstanding even force in the direction inclined with respect to a surface. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional shape of each of the ribs is semicircular or triangular itself, has a shape wherein semicircular or triangular shapes are opposed to each other, is formed into a hollow body having a circular or polygonal cross section or has an S-shaped or Z-shaped cross section.
