Process for the solventless, continuous preparation of a composition of polymers and thermosets

A polymeric composition is prepared through a conversion comprising a polymer(s); and 0.5-50 wt.% thermoset, reacting in the polymer during conversion of a starting component having amino groups, and a starting component(s) having isocyanate groups, through intensive mixing and rapid reaction by briefly heating and with subsequent cooling. Preparation of a polymeric composition through a conversion comprising a polymer(s); 0.5-50 wt.% thermoset, reacting in the polymer during conversion of a starting component having amino groups, and a starting component(s) having isocyanate groups, simultaneously and independently having functionality of at least2, and a starting component(s) with functionality greater than 2 is present at 0.5-100 wt.%, in an extruder, intensive kneader, intensive mixer, or static mixer, through intensive mixing and rapid reaction by briefly heating and with subsequent cooling to isolate the final product by cooling.
