<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen supplying apparatus which has a rotary regenerative heat exchanger and in which the leakage of fuel gas is restrained. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrogen supplying apparatus is provided with a low- temperature fluid passage A through which the raw material to be reformed is made to pass, a high-temperature fluid passage B on which a combustion gas supplying part 60 is arranged for generating combustion gas, a rotary regenerating body 21 moving alternately in the passages A and B and a heat exchange part 20 for transferring the combustion heat of the generated combustion gas to the raw material to be reformed. The first raw material supplying zone X to which the first raw material to be reformed (fuel gas) is supplied and the second raw material supplying zone Y to which the second raw material to be reformed is supplied are set on the end face of the body 21 to which the raw materials to be reformed are supplied.
