<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hyaluronidase-inhibiting, antiallergically-activating, and/or immune-potentiating substance. <P>SOLUTION: This hyaluronidase-inhibiting, antiallergically-activating, and/or immune-potentiating substance comprises a fermented product which is obtained by treating a raw material containing soybeans, wheat, citrus fruits, fruit or a processed product thereof with filamentous fungi, Bacillus natto, and/or an enzyme obtained therefrom. The substance comprises a polymer fraction which is obtained by extracting the fermented product with water, common salt water or low-concentration alcohol, or immersing the product therein. Cosmetics, medicines, and food and drink are obtained by utilizing the hyaluronidase- inhibiting, antiallergically-activating, and/or immune-potentiating effects of the substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
