<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part having a desired pattern shape which is formed on an insulation substrate without using a peculiar material and to provide a manufacturing method of the electronic part. <P>SOLUTION: In a photomask used for forming the desired pattern shape, the desired pattern shape is drawn by changing the line width of the desired pattern shape.
