PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately align the direction of a cutting blade of a cutter to a vertical seal part of a film, to reduce equipment investment, and to miniaturize and simplify the machine. SOLUTION: The machine comprises a filling means which make bags by forming vertical seals at fixed intervals and fills the bags with a stuff, and a sealing means which forms a lateral seal on the upper opening of each bag. A perforation cutting means for forming perforations in the vertical seals and/or cutting the vertical seals can be installed independently of the main body of the packaging machine.
