PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a woodmeal-containing resin board which can easily manufacture the woodmeal-containing resin board with no warpage and undulation. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the woodmeal-containing resin board 1 comprises the steps of extruding and forming a woodmeal-containing resin composition into a sheet and cutting a sheet-like extrusion-formed article 2 into a specified dimension. In this method, a number of the woodmeal- containing resin boards 1 are piled up at a temperature in the neighborhood of a softening point of a resin of the woodmeal-containing resin board 1 and they are cooled under this condition.
