PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic film processor which can immediately interrupt the processing of a photographic film in such a case. SOLUTION: The photographic film processor is equipped with a film feeding mechanism 1 which draws negative films out of a film roll R formed by connecting many negative films with splice tapes and winding them in a rolled shape and sends them to a scanner 8 for frame image reading, a cutter 12 which is provided halfway in the conveyance path of the film feeding mechanism 1 and cuts the tapes before the negative films are sent to the scanner 8, and an interruption mode selecting means 24 which selects a 1st mode or a 2nd mode when interrupting the processing of the negative films; when the 1st mode is selected, the scanning of the negative films being processed is quit and the negative films are discharged from the conveyance path, but when the 2nd mode is selected, the negative films are discharged after the scanning of the negative films being processed is completed.
