PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional oxygen pump has visual or hygienic trouble since bacteria or fungi are apt to feed on stains and reproduce themselves when stains, spores of bacteria or fungi or the like are stuck to the pump. SOLUTION: This oxygen pump can be used hygienically over a long period of time by performing antibacterial treatment on heat insulating materials 33, 34 which are arranged to surround an oxygen pump element 21 having electrodes formed on both sides and a heating means 29 and each of which has an air-permeable function to prevent the reproduction of bacteria or fungi.
