PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear-view mirror device integrated with a camera and a lighting, in which the rigidity of a mirror housing is enhanced, a camera main body can pick up a clear image through a transparent cover by a wider viewing angle, and a camera module is easily mounted. SOLUTION: On the mirror housing 2, a recessed part 2C with its bottom opened is arranged near a photographing window 2B to which a lens 5B of the camera body 5A is faced, and is formed so as to be able to contain a lighting source. Therefore, the opening area of the photographing window 2B is reduced. The vicinity of the photographing window 2B is stiffened by a box- shaped cross-sectional configuration of the recessed part 2C. In particular, a protruding part where the lens 5B of the camera body 5A is put is provided on the side of the transparent cover, so that the opening area of the photographing window 2B can be further reduced and the rigidity of the mirror housing 2 is further enhanced.
