HEATING DEVICE FOR THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which is heated to a required temperature in a very short time and a small power consumption and able to heat a welding part of a thermoplastic resin molding to nearly uniform temperature. SOLUTION: The heating device equipped with: an electric heating element 2 which extends along the welding part 1 of the thermoplastic resin molding M and develops heat by electric current; a panel or formed belt shaped high heat conductive member 3 which is set between the welding part and the electric heating element 2, extends along the electric heating element 2 and heat softens the welding part after being heated by the electric heating element and; a holder 4 to hold the electric heating element 2 and the high heat conductive member 3.
