<p>The tank flap unit has a flap element with an integrated sealing system (11) with a remote-operated locking device (12) which comprises an operating unit (14) in functional communication with the tank flap. The integrated sealing system is installed at the side on the hinge element (15) of the tank flap unit (10). The operating unit of the locking device for the opening and closing of the tank flap comprises a servomotor. The operating unit has a shaft for interaction with especially the hinge arm (20) of the tank flap unit.</p>
