The air baffle is placed over the heat sink and coupled to an air flow generating device such as a fan. Flexible elements are arranged between the inner side of the air baffle and the outer side of the heat sink. The flexible elements span the gap between the inner side of the baffle and the outer side of the heat sink. The flexible elements may have recesses on the side which abuts the heat sink.
