PURPOSE: An instantaneous cooler with reciprocating and oscillating by using a cold storage material is provided to improve convenience, and to drink cool beverage by changing temperature of beverage properly with cooling beverage in a can or a bottle quickly. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneously reciprocating and oscillating cooler by using a cold storage material is composed of a cold accumulation material storage part(8) installed in a freezer compartment to store beverage; an oscillation unit(11) applying vibration to the cold accumulation material storage part; and a buffer unit supporting and fixing the cold accumulation material storage part and the oscillation unit in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator and reducing noise from vibration from the oscillation unit. Convenience is improved by cooling the beverage in a can or a bottle quickly for drinking.
