<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic feed system capable of sorting containers fed to a processing station, thus attaining efficient production control. <P>SOLUTION: A changeover unit 700 is provided with a sorting device 710. In a container C conveyed to the sorting device 710, the residual quantity of electric wires is measured by a pressing cylinder 712c on a driving arm 716. A container C having residual electric wires is carried out onto a returning conveyer 730 and stored in a stock shelf. On the other hand, a container C having no residual electric wires is carried out onto a collecting conveyer 740 and conveyed onto a piling conveyer 750. The container C conveyed onto the piling conveyer 750 is piled by a piling device 720 and collected onto a collecting process station along the piling conveyer 750. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
