摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive air flow rate measuring device and its installing structure for improving installing workability to an air flow pipe, restraining dispersion of installation in the rotational direction, securing flow rate detecting accuracy, and superior in productivity by arranging a position regulating part to the air flow pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit case 3 is integrally arranged on the joining part 2 one side formed in a true circular cross section, and a measuring pipe 5 is extended to the other side from a joining part 2. A pair of installing parts 9 are extended in a flange shape from the circuit case 3 by sandwiching the joining part 2, and installing holes 12 are bored in the respective installing parts 9.
