摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disordering of an array of coated optical fiber ribbons, coating material peeling, and deterioration of a fiber by smoothly running a plurality of the laminated coated optical fiber ribbons in through-holes of a nipple for extrusion molding. SOLUTION: The laminated coated optical fiber ribbons 3, and a 1st tensile strength body 5, and a 2nd tensile strength body 11 which are arranged nearby the coated optical fibers in parallel are run and supplied to an extrusion head and thermoplastic resin is extruded to the extrusion head 31 to manufacture a ribbon-laminated optical drop fiber cable. The method is characterized in that the ribbon-laminated coated optical fibers are supplied to a nipple hole such that the width of the through hole 37C of the nipple 33 for the ribbon- laminated coated optical fibers equal the width of the ribbon stack type coated optical fibers plus 0.1 to 0.5 mm and the height of the through hole 37C of the ribbon-laminated coated optical fibers equal the thickness of the ribbon- laminated coated optical fibers and 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
