PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam replacement type vacuum injection method providing positive filling of grout into a void. SOLUTION: The method for filling the grout into a void in a structure is characterized by that a supply passage 30 and a discharge passage 40 reaching into the void 10 are provided, steam 51 is introduced into the void 10 from the supply passage 30, the discharge passage 40 is blocked after filling the steam 51 in the void 10, the supply passage is changed over to a state allowing injection of the grout 2, the steam 51 is cooled, and the grout 2 is filled into the void 10 with suction force.
