PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin floor panel having sufficient surface hardness with reduced dimensional change used as a finishing material of a heating floor. SOLUTION: This floor panel is characterized by successively laminating and sticking an intermediate quality fiberboard 2 and decorative veneer 3 on the respective obverse and reverse of a thin metallic plate 1 via an adhesive layer. Desirably, the respective intermediate quality fiberboard 2 and decorative veneer 3 of the obverse and reverse of the thin metallic plate 1 are symmetrically laminated and stuck with the thin metallic plate 1 as a central layer.
