PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene terephthalate resin composition having high crystallization rate and enabling the molding at a high molding cycle. SOLUTION: The crystallization rate of a polyethylene terephthalate resin can be increased by adding 1-100 pts.wt. of a poly(ethylene terephthalate- ethyleneterephthalamide) copolymer and optionally further 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a metal salt to 100 pts.wt. of a polyethylene terephthalate resin.
