PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition and a sealing material composition readily producible, cured with moisture in the air, etc., and affording a rubberlike elastomer having a low modulus and extremely large elongation and having excellent adhesion, operating efficiency and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The curable composition and sealing material composition comprise a resin containing <1.0 cross-linkable silyl group on the average in the molecule and other curable resins as a curing component and preferably further an additive such as a plasticizer, a weather resistance stabilizer, a cross- linking catalyst, a filler, a coupling agent, a thixotropic agent, a preservation stability improver and/or a flatting agent.
