PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler with an air supply and cooling function, incorporating a device for reducing air supply load heating value in ventilation of a low- temperature working room, a refrigerator and a freezer. SOLUTION: A coolant inlet pipe 4 of a cooling heat exchanger 3 incorporated in a cooler body 1 is connected to an air supply and cooling heat exchanger 2 to heat-exchange low-temperature coolant with introduced outside air purified by a filter 5. The cooled and humidity reduced air is sent to the interior of a room or the interior of a storage by a blowing fan 6. The coolant flowing through the air supply and cooling heat exchanger 2 is low-temperature gas after it is evaporated by the cooling heat exchanger 3, and when the cooling effect is small, a liquid feeding solenoid valve 8 provided in a branch pipe 10 is opened to jet a coolant pressure-reduced by a pressure reducing valve 9 to an inlet of the air supply and cooling heat exchanger 2 and improve the heat exchange capability by evaporating action of the coolant.
