PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of abnormal sound due to rapid inversion of an inclined wall at the time of contraction of a resin boot. SOLUTION: When this resin boot 1 is fitted to a device element 9 by fixing a fixing part 2 provided at one end part in its axial direction to the device element 9, an inclined wall 5 connecting the fixing part 2 with a bellows part 4 is faced to a boot guard 6 provided in the device element 9. Between the inclined wall 5 and the boot guard 6, a shock absorbing material 7 for preventing rapid inversion of the inclined wall 5 at the time of contraction of the boot is interposed.
