PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally assemble a proportional valve portion and dispens with an independent proportional valve in a pilot circuit. SOLUTION: A valve body 32 generating pilot pressure by stroke operation of a spool 33 and a proportional valve portion 38 opposing to the spool 33 of the valve body 32 are assembled into a valve case. Upon externally adding a drive signal to a solenoid 39 of the proportional valve portion 38, reaction force of the spool 33 is strengthened by stroke-moving a plunger 40 to a reaction force spring 37 side, and the pilot pressure is reduced.
