SOLUTION: The substituted benzene is represented by general formula (1) [wherein, A is an atom of group 16 in the periodic table of elements; B1and B2are each independently an atom of group 15 in the periodic table of the elements (with the proviso that B1and B2are not simultaneously a nitrogen atom); R1to R7are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-20C alkyl group, a 7-20C aralkyl group, a 6-20C aryl group, a 1-20C substituted silyl group, a 1-20C alkoxy group, a 7-20C aralkyloxy group, a 6-20C aryloxy group or a 2-20C disubstituted amino group, and neighboring R1to R6may form a ring by arbitrary bonding to each other].
