PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner causing no reduction in productivity, and generating no heat retaining sound. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 12a of a door 12 is arranged between both opening parts 17a and 11. A cutout 12c corresponding to a normally opening open part 17a is arranged in the vicinity of the rotary shaft 12a of the door 12 so as not to block up the normally opening open part 17a even if the door 12 is positioned anywhere. A cover is put on a recess part 12c by projecting a wind direction plate 18 corresponding to the cutout 12c so that an conditioning wind does not enter all the way into the recess part 12c generated by the cutout 12c in a state of closing an opening part 11 opening and closed by the door 12. Thus, since the wind smoothly flows in the normally opening open part 17a, turbulence of a wind flow is eliminated so that the vehicular air conditioner generating no heat retaining sound of a low frequency (200 to 500 Hz) can be provided.
