<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can select the number of personalities who will have conversation over a given theme. <P>SOLUTION: Sentences forming a skeleton of conversation for each of the numbers of persons are preliminarily stored. Words suiting the theme are preliminarily made consistent with skeletons so as to be applicable to conversation among any of the numbers of persons.
