<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality photosensitive resin composition which does not deteriorate the preservability of a photosensitive resin film for transfer even when a decolorable dye which is decolored by heat or light is added to assure uniformity of the coating thickness of a photosensitive resin layer formed on a substrate for a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains at least a decolorable dye which is decolored by heat or light and forms a layer on a substrate for a liquid crystal display, wherein the contents of Na<SP>+</SP>and K<SP>+</SP>in the decolorable dye are ≤2,000 ppm each and the total contents of Na<SP>+</SP>and K<SP>+</SP>is ≤2,000 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
