<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs, size, and weight and to accurately remove clutter for a clutter removing apparatus for removing the clutter superimposed on a reception wave from the reception wave arriving at a directional antenna and a radar receiver and a radar system to which the clutter apparatus is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: In the direction of a main lobe and a direction other than the direction of the main lobe in the directional antenna 10D, a weighting means 11 and a clutter removal means 12 are provided. In the weighting means 11, arrival waves arriving at an omnidirectional antenna 10N are weighted with weights where the gain of the directional antenna 10D becomes a large value and a small value each effectively as compared with the gain of the omnidirectional antenna 10N.
