<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an oscillating swash plate type compressor by miniaturizing a piston driving mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillating swash plate type compressor is equipped with a rotating body 20 integrally rotating with a driving shaft 7 and having a rolling surface 21 inclined with respect to the driving shaft 7, and an oscillating body 27 rotatably provided with respect to the rotating body 20 and oscillatably connected to the piston 13. The oscillating body 27 is constituted by a first swash plate part 27a slidably fitted between shoes 33a and 33b provided in shoe pockets 32a and 32b of the piston 13, and a second swash plate part 27b integrally formed with the first swash plate part 27a and arranged along the rolling surface 21 at the back of the piston 13. The oscillating body 27 is integrally formed with an outer ring 26b of an angular ball bearing 26 provided on the outer peripheral side of a boss part 20b of the rotating body 20.
