PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus surely preventing intrusion of water into a casing and having no thermal influence on optical fibers and various optical parts. SOLUTION: Optical fibers 11 are penetratingly led through a wall of a casing body 14 and attached to the casing. At the periphery of the penetrating part of the optical fibers 11 on the casing wall, an external side space of the casing is blocked from an internal side space with a Ga alloy 13b. That is, a part of outer cover 11b of the optical fibers 11 is removed, fiber cores 11a are exposed, the Ga alloy is tightly adhered to the exposed surface, as well as to the inner wall of the casing body including a hole part H.
