摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel and a method for forming radiation images which have a high detection quantum efficiency. SOLUTION: The method for forming radiation images consists of a radiation absorption phosphor layer containing phosphors that emit light through the absorption of radiation, a storage phosphor layer containing storage phosphors that emit energy stored by exciting an electric field as light, a two-dimensional light detection layer and a radiation image formation material that has an electrode layer for applying the electric field to the storage phosphor layer and is composed through the formation of images corresponding to the spatial energy distribution of radiation by secondarily exciting the storage phosphor layer of the radiation image formation material through the application of the electric field to detect the storage phosphor layer of the radiation image formation material in the two-dimensional light detection layer.
