PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic pump having a simple structure with a small number of parts and easily assemblable. SOLUTION: A first piston 4 constituted by a permanent magnet and a second piston 5 constituted by a magnetic body are slidably inserted into a pump casing 1 having a suction passage 2 on an end part and a delivery passage 3 on the other end part. A first passage 9 penetrating along the axial direction deviating from an outlet of the intake passage 2 is provided on the first piston 4, and a second passage 11 penetrating along the axial direction deviating from the first passage 9 and the delivery passage 3 is provided on the second piston 5. On an outer periphery of the pump casing 1, a first electromagnetic coil 14 is provided in correspondence with the first piston 4, and a second electromagnetic coil 15 is provided in correspondence with the second piton 5. A magnetic pole formed on both end parts of the first electromagnetic coil 14 and the second electromagnetic coil 15 is alternately reversed periodically, and the first piston 4 and the second piston 5 are reciprocated to perform pump action.
