PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a guide rail 1 and a cover corner 2 capable of easily carrying out a work for mounting the guide rail 1 to a door body. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, the guide rail 1 and the cover corner 2 having a groove part formed to a cross section of approximately U shape so as to cover an upper part of this guide rail 1 are fixed to each other through a mounting member inserted into mounting holes provided at predetermined positions of a bottom wall of the guide rail 1 and a bottom wall of a groove part of the cover corner 2. A projection leaving both bottom walls is formed near the mounting hole of the bottom wall of any one of the groove part of the cover corner 2 and the guide rail 1. Thereby, since the guide rail 1 is turned or deflection-deformed making the projection 10 as a fulcrum, a position adjustment of the mounting hole 21 at the lower part is facilitated.
