PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioner capable of preventing an occupant in an open cabin from feeling uncomfortable because cool air is not applied to a desired place. SOLUTION: The control device 100 controls a cool air blowing out direction change device 13 and an air blower 20 based on a signal from a car speed sensor 91 and a retreating sensor 92. When the fork lift is stopped, the cool air is blown out to a direction of an arrow A. When it is advanced, the cool air is blown out to a direction of an arrow B. When it is retreated, the cool air is blown out to a direction of an arrow C. An amount of cool air is also increased at the time of advancing and retreating. Thereby, it is prevented that a cooling effect to the passenger 3 is reduced by an influence of a traveling wind and it can be prevented that the occupant 3 feels uncomfortable.
