PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster stopper dispensing with operator's lifting work of an object article and capable of mounting a wheel of a caster for moving the object article easily and safely so as to stop movement of the object article. SOLUTION: This caster stopper 10 for stopping movement of the object article by mounting the wheel 6 of the caster 5 fitted to the object article for moving the object article is provided with a wheel mounting part 14 for mounting and holding the wheel 6, a projection part 18 formed around the wheel mounting part 14 for preventing protrusion of the wheel 6 from the wheel mounting part 14, a notch part 16 formed at the projection part 18 for guiding the wheel 6 while driving the wheel 6 and mounting it onto the wheel mounting part 14, and a wheel directional change prevention part 20 for holding the moving-out direction of the wheel 6 toward the projection part 18 by changing the direction of the wheel 6 mounted on the wheel mounting part 14 toward the wheel mounting part 14 for preventing directional change of the wheel 6.
