PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier laminated material which is useful as a packing material capable of decreasing amounts of solid wastes of a container and packaging by making a film of an extruded resin layer becoming an adhesive layer for the laminated material thin to improve the barrier property, and to provide a packaging bag using the same. SOLUTION: A vapor deposition film of an inorganic oxide is provided on one side surface of a substrate film and at least a gas barrier natured coating film, an extrusion resin layer and a heat sealing natured resin layer are successively laminated on the vapor deposition film of the inorganic oxide to provide the laminated material.
