<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-feed type sheet feeding device and an image forming device equipped with it capable of sorting by machine types according to presence or absence of a hand feeding function, reducing cost, saving the space, and assuring easy management and installation. <P>SOLUTION: In case the arrangement does not includes any hand feeding mechanism, the sheet feeding path is covered with a separator pad receiving table 9. A grip turning preventive member 30 is fixedly arranged to an exterior cover 28 for the body of the image forming device or its structural part. A hand feed OK identification 31 is marked in a place which is hidden from the outside when the preventive member 30 is fixed, and a hand feed None identification 32 is marked on the preventive member, and the operator can know whether the hand feeding function exists or not in view of presence or absence of the preventive member 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
