PHOTONICS DEVICE AND PHOTOREFRACTIVE POLYMER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photonics device using a photorefractive polymer having response speed and a diffraction efficiency higher than that of a conventional photorefractive organic material and excellent stability and to provide the photorefractive polymer used for the photonics device.

SOLUTION: The photonics device is formed by using at least one photorefractive polymer having at least one of tertiary aryl amino groups represented by the following general formulas (1), (2) and (3) at its side chain. (wherein A denotes a bonded group, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6and R7independently denote hydrogen, a 1-10C alkyl group, a 1-10C alkoxy group or an aryl group).
