PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ridged part around a photographic lens from getting larger in a film unit with a lens equipped with a between-lenses diaphragm and a diaphragm switching mechanism. SOLUTION: By making a pin 39 turnably supporting a shutter blade 38 proximate to a pin 66 turnably supporting a diaphragm switching plate 63, the turning direction of the blade 38 from a closing position to an opening position and the turning direction of the plate 63 from a small diaphragm position to a large diaphragm position are made the same. Since the turning space of the blade 38 and the turning space of the plate 63 are arranged on the left side of a photographic optical axis in figure, the ridged part 13 of a front cover in which they are housed is prevented from getting larger.
