PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device which can not be used for some other purpose even if mounted circuit parts are detached by a third person. SOLUTION: A trigger capacitor 40 constituting a stroboscopic circuit is mounted on a circuit board 28 having a wiring pattern by inserting a lead terminal 32 to the base and soldering it. A frame 43 surrounding a soldered part and an aperture part 44 are integrally molded on a guide plate 31 guiding a slide plate 30 having a switch for charging the stroboscope made proximate to the surface side of the board 28 to freely move in an up-and-down direction in figure. By injecting an adhesive 38 from the aperture part 44, the soldered part and the frame 43 are stuck and the soldered part is covered with the adhesive 38. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
