PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment mounted with a liquid crystal display which can prevent the liquid crystal display from malfunctioning owing to static electricity as well as taking environment into consideration and having superior productivity. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment is mounted with the liquid crystal display having a liquid crystal display panel, a housing 20 which stores the liquid crystal display panel 10 while a display range of the liquid crystal display panel is exposed in an opening part, and a transparent screen 30 which is stuck on the circumference of the opening part of the housing 20 to close the opening part. The housing 20 is made of a resin and has a hole part 24 at the circumference of the opening part and also has a 1st conductive layer 20a which extends from a surface coming into contact with a screen 30 to the inner surface of the housing 20 through the inner surface of the hole part 24. The screen 30 has a 2nd conductive layer 30a in contact with the 1st conductive layer 20a on a surface coming into contact with the housing 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
