SOLUTION: Health measurements, checkups, diagnoses, treatments, preventions and the like are carried out using either one of or a combination of a checkup means and method, a predetermined flow chart means and method, a predetermined risk measuring means and method, a predetermined checkup means and method, a predetermined diagnostic means and method, a predetermined treatment and prevention means and method, a predetermined cooperating means and method, and the like. However, the final checkup, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or the like is determined by an operator and a support means and method is provided for strongly supporting the operator.
